GWCCC'S STRATEGIC PLANNING
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
GWCCC Strategic Plan Overview
The George Washington Carver Community Center (GWCCC) developed its Strategic Plan in 2024, establishing a comprehensive framework for the organization’s goals, objectives, programming, and infrastructure priorities for the 2024–2028 planning period.
The Strategic Plan includes various initiatives related to organizational development, programming, facility improvements, and infrastructure renovations, including the continued development and enhancement of the two-story Annex Building/Building Addition. These improvements are intended to support the GWCCC’s ability to expand services, strengthen programming, and provide additional opportunities and resources for youth, families, and the broader community.
GWCCC is currently continuing to work toward the goals and objectives identified in the 2024–2028 Strategic Plan. The projects and initiatives outlined in this overview represent a minimum summary of the organization’s ongoing work and future priorities. The actual Strategic Plan contains additional details, objectives, strategies, and planned initiatives that provide a more comprehensive picture of GWCCC’s organizational direction.
Stakeholders, funders, and prospective grant partners who would like to review the GWCCC’s original and more detailed Strategic Plan may request a copy in writing. GWCCC welcomes the opportunity to share additional information regarding its strategic priorities, planned initiatives, facility improvements, and programming goals with interested partners and supporters.
